Richard founded Bristol Surveyors in 1998 after working for a major commercial practice. With over 30 years of experience, he specializes in complex building surveys and period properties across Bristol and Bath. Richard has extensive knowledge of Victorian and Georgian architecture and regularly provides expert witness services.
